Introducing James Smith the man behind Henderson Connellan, Kettering. James began his career in estate agency as a ‘Saturday lad’ in 1992 when he was 17 years old. He started his full time career working for RCI in Kettering, joining Henderson Connellan in 1999 as a negotiator. James in now director of our Kettering Branch.
Everything to do with finance comes via our financial wizard, Sarah, which is very important when it comes to accurate accounting for our Landlords and Tenants. Sarah joined Henderson Connellan in 2007 from a background in corporate finance within the banking sector.
Carrie first joined the company in 2001, celebrating over a decade with Henderson Connellan. She now heads up the very busy property management division based in Kettering which was established in 1993. Carrie’s ability to multi task is legendary and we are sure this derives from bringing up three children including twins.
Sam joined Henderson Connellan in the summer of 2015, having lived in Kettering all his life, his local knowledge is second to none, which comes in handy when navigating Kettering traffic en route to appointments. Sam is happy to help with any questions you have regarding the marketing of your property online.
Daniel joined Henderson Connellan in the Autumn of 2022 bringing a depth of knowledge and experience of the property conveyancing world. Daniel is putting his experience to good use helping buyers in their search for a new home, as well as assisting in progressing their purchases to a positive conclusion.
Having worked in Estate Agency for the past two years, at the beginning of 2024 Rachel was keen to develop her career and joined Henderson Connellan, eager to put her current experience to good use as well as enhance and develop her skills in a new market. Rachel grew up in Thrapston.
Poppy joined Henderson Connellan in early 2024 in the role of Weekend Property Professional, a role she excelled at as well as enjoyed and has since progressed to a full-time sales role within the Kettering team. Poppy has a great passion for property, having purchased her first home which she extensively refurbished.
Amy returned to Henderson Connellan in February 2022 as Sales Progressor when her children started school. A previous role with the company as Sales Negotiator means Amy has a strength and depth of knowledge for the whole moving process.
Michelle joined Henderson Connellan in 2020 bringing a breadth of knowledge and experience gained in the property sector, primarily in London and Milton Keynes. The role of Administration Manager puts those skills and experience to good use in this busy, challenging and varied role.
Libby joined Henderson Connellan full time at the end of May 2025 as a Sales and Administration Support. Prior experience with the company was achieved in a part time support role over the past two years. Libby’s professionalism and desire for excellence continues to shine.
Laura joined the rentals team in 2015 bringing with her not only a great personality but also giving outstanding customer service to our tenants, landlords and contractors. She has lived in Kettering all of her life and her passion is her son Luca.
Micheala brings a wealth of customer service experience to the team. Being born and raised in Kettering brings extensive knowledge of the local area, along with her bubbly personality, which goes along way making her successful in her role. Micheala loves what she does for her passion for property which shines through!
With 8 years of experience in the world of lettings, Connie brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and a personal touch to everything she does. She’s passionate about helping people find the right home and always aims to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Having joined Henderson Connellan in September 2022, Shelley has a wealth of experience from Customer Service and Administration roles, which has also included running her own successful business for many years, her skills are combined with an intimate knowledge of the Kettering area having lived in the town all of her life.
Katie joined Henderson Connellan earlier this year and puts her previous experience in customer service roles to good use. Having always lived in the Kettering area, Katie has great local knowledge of the area and enjoys being part of the maintenance team helping to keep things running smoothly for our tenants and landlords.
Coming from a background of administration and customer service, Sonia joined Henderson Connellan in February 2025 and thoroughly enjoys her job as no day is ever the same! Sonia has a real passion for property management which stemmed from helping her parents manage their portfolio of rental properties.
David is our director at the Market Harborough office. He joined Henderson Connellan in 2001 and was part of the original team that launched the Market Harborough office back in 2002. David rose steadily through the ranks and in 2011 became a Director of Henderson Connellan Market Harborough.
Holly joined the Market Harborough team in 2014 starting her first venture into the world of property! Holly’s time at Henderson Connellan have been extremely successful, having been promoted to Associate Director. Holly has been raised in Market Harborough and brings with her a valuable insight of local knowledge.
Conan (CON-AN not CO-NAN, like the barbarian!) was promoted to Associate Director in 2025 and has been with the company since starting out as a Sales Negotiator back in 2017. Being born and raised in Market Harborough, Conan is on hand to provide expert knowledge of the town and surrounding villages.
Shannon joined the Market Harborough team back in Spring 2022 already experienced in the Market Harborough property industry. Since joining Henderson Connellan Shannon has excelled in her role and won the Sales Negotiator of the year award for 2023/2024. Growing up in Market Harborough, Shannon has a wealth of local knowledge.
Greta joined our Market Harborough team in Summer 2019 with a background in banking and finance and has proved to be a fantastic addition to our office! Greta offers a wealth of local experience selling residential property but also works alongside our land and new homes department.
Siobhan joined Henderson Connellan with a wealth of customer service experience and has truly excelled during her time as a sales negotiator. Her personable and friendly approach to selling property is extremely well received by her clients.
Sasha joined Henderson Connellan in June 2025 and is looking forward to continuing to build and expand on her extensive experience in a Lettings environment. With a genuine passion for meeting and helping people, Sasha enjoys her role in helping tenants secure a home that fits their lifestyle.
Lee joined Henderson Connellan in 1998 and has been involved in estate agency for over 27 years. Lee has worked across all of our offices in the group having managed the Kettering Branch and launching the Market Harborough office in 2002. Lee is now the Director of the Corby Branch.
Phil joined Henderson Connellan in 2006 and has been inspirational in building a successful office in Corby. When not at work he spends his time persuading his sons Ben and Toby to support Liverpool FC and takes his sports motorbike for a spin. Favourite restaurants/Pub – Bakers Arms at Thorpe Langton.
Joining the company in summer 2022, Jack brings a friendly, client-focused approach to estate agency. He’s dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers through every step of their property journey, delivering clear communication, local market insight, and a commitment to achieving the best results for every client.
Born and bred in Corby, Laura is proud to represent her hometown and the community she grew up in. As a dedicated member of the team here in Corby, Laura takes great pride in providing excellent customer service to our landlords and tenants. Laura started her career here at Henderson Connellan back in 2018.
Claire joined our Corby office in February 2020. Claire has joined our rentals team as her first role within Estate Agency following a move from working in the travel industry for over 20 years. Being Corby born and bred she has a good knowledge of the local area.
Kira joined Henderson Connellan in the summer of 2022. She has a good knowledge and understanding and has a strong interest in property from coming out of education straight into estate agency. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Tom first joined Henderson Connellan in 2009 and with his dedication to clients, and desire for success he quickly became the company’s benchmark for performance. Tom has also worked for Rightmove, which gives him a unique approach to the estate agency business, with the ability to offer unrivalled expertise.
Victoria brings a wealth of customer service and sales experience to her role as a Sales Negotiator at Henderson Connellan Nene Valley. Before stepping into the property industry, she spent 16 years with a leading local electronics distributor, where she balanced roles in customer service and sales account management.
With a wealth of local estate agency experience dating back to 2022, Lily brings both expertise and a personal touch to the team. She is celebrated for her helpful nature and her commitment to providing first-class service to every individual she works with.
As Admin & Sales Support, Megan is key to keeping everything running smoothly. Highly social, she thrives on connecting with people both in and out of the office. Family-focused and a talented baker, she is always ready to share a smile (and maybe a homemade treat!).
